Fitness, Figure and bodybuilding competitors from across the nation come together for the 2005 NPC Junior USA Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships! The top five bodybuilders from each weight class perform their choreographed posing routines and class winners engage in a posedown for the overall trophy. Fitness competitors show off their strength and flexibility in their energy- infused routines. Figure athletes show off their toned and elegant physiques. Includes some of the most promising up-and-coming women today!
