All physical and digital product sales are final. However, if you receive a physical product that is defective, we will happily exchange it for new copy of the same title. Please contact us at orders@usamuscle.com for assistance.

Our Digital Copy downloadable video products are delivered in MP4 video format, which is playable on nearly all modern mobile and desktop devices.

Physical DVDs are DVD format discs that are playable worldwide, with a hard plastic case with cover artwork.

We are currently not covering any new contests.  The last contests we covered, and have videos from, were in 2015

How are orders shipped?2021-06-05T11:18:56-04:00

Video Downloads are available immediately after purchase.  After payment you will be redirected to a webpage to download the video.  You will also receive an order confirmation email with a link to download the video.  There is a limit or 3 download attempts for each video.  If you are not able to download the video within 3 attempts, you may contact us by email for a download limit reset.

 

Physical DVDs are sent by US Mail First Class Mail with a tracking number emailed to you for orders within the US.

Non-US DVD orders are sent by International Airmail.  You will receive a tracking number by email.  However, not all countries participate in web based, customer trackable, package tracking after your package leaves the U.S.
