For over a quarter-century the NPC Southern States Championships drew scores of competitors from the southern regions of the country to Ft. Lauderdale for one weekend of incredible muscular competition. We are pleased to bring you our signature contest coverage from the 26th year of this legendary contest which produced many notable pros who compete within the sport today. The Men’s Prejudging video features all competitors in bodybuilding as they perform their mandatory poses and engage in side-by-side comparison for evaluation by the judges.
